Registers description

The registers used in the FVI module are implemented on the FVI card and on the GIR card. This specification describes the registers used to manage the FVI and not the registers used in the GIR management.The global addresses of all the registers and the GIR management registers are described in the document "GIR technical document for FVI". Three majors areas hold the registers:

1. the channel 1 area for the FERA branch 1
2. the channel 2 area for the FERA branch 2
3. the Common area
