Ancillary trigger timing versus Master Trigger timing

The figure 1.2 shows the timing of the EUROBALL ft and ancillary trigger to get an ancillary tigger signal. It shows also the dead time between the start of FERA coding and the end of the FERA readout.

The delay to start the FERA readout depends of the time required by the FERA ADCs for the coding. This time is between two values, depending of the ADCs types:
- math51 Sec for Lecroy.
- math53 Sec for Ganelec.

In the EUROBALL master trigger, Validation may not be delayed longer than math55 Sec.
In order to do the Fera coding, the FERA readout and the VXI readout with concordance of the timing, the FVI must have the fonctionnalities which are exposed in the next chapter.
