These are a number of functions which allow you to setup a single component of a digitizer; a complete digitizer or all digitizers.

The functions are mostly designed by the label on the buttons!

"SetUp Current FPGA"
   This operates only on the selected Digitizer/FPGA or the current Detector/Crystal/Segment. 

"SetUp Current Digitizer"
   This operates on all FPGAs in the selected Digitizer or the current Detector/Crystal.

"SetUp All Digitizer"
   This opeerates on all configured hardware. 

"ReSync Current Digitizer Optical Link"
"ReSync All Digizizer Optical Links"
   For the 2 core channels and the 6 segment channels data transmit is enabled and the links synched with the data receiver.

"Check Current Digitizer"
"Check All Digitizers"
   Uses the file AGATADigitizer.chk to perform various tests on the digitizer hardware. Basically it checks the FPGA status responses to ensure that all data links are operational.
