Configuration Register Trigger Overlap: When two acquisition windows are overlapped the second trigger can be either accepted or rejected Individual trigger: This bit must be set to 1 Invert Input: The DPP algorithms are designed to work with positive pulses. The input signal polarity can be digitally inverted inside the FPGA before applying the algoriths. Not Inverted - analog signals are positive Inverted - analog signals are negative Dual Trace: When the oscilloscope mode is enabled it is possible to read two different waveforms from the FPGA. In this mode the samples of the two signals are interleaved - thus each waveform will be sampled at 50 Msps. When Dual Trace is disabled the signal selected by Virtual Probe 1 is sampled at 100 Msps. Virtual Probe 1: Selects which signal is associated with trace 1 when oscilloscope mode is enabled. Virtual Probe 2: Selects which signal is associated with trace 2 when both oscilloscope mode and dual trace mode are enabled. Oscilloscope Mode: When enabled the digitizer acts as an oscilloscope. The readout data contains the sequence of the samples that belong to the signals selected by the Virtual Probe options. Energy Mode: When enabled the peak amplitude of all the pulses, calculated by means of the trapezoid filter, is saved into the event data as soon as it is available. Time Tag Mode: When enabled the time tag (the zero crossing of the delta2 signal) of all the pulses is saved into the event data as soon as it is available. Digitial Virtual Probe: There are several digitial control signals in the algorithm implemented inside the FPGA. It is possible to save one of them in the event data. Enable Event Data Format Word: See event format. This option must be enabled (set to 1)
