Peak Hold Off extension: Defines how close two trapezoids must be in order to be considered as pileup. Zero corresponds to the case where the flat top of one trapezoid starts exactly at the end of the flat top of the previous trapezoid. The peak hold-off extension is expresssed in steps of 8 sampling periods.
