0. Apologies and welcome to new members

1. Debrief on ANU running - list of problems on chamber and
    DA system - what needs to be done to fix these - who will
    do what - when will they be completed?
    
2. Strasbourg DA system is in pieces in the Long Lab at Birmingham.
    Much of it is faulty (computers and hardware).  What needs
    fixing - who will do this - when is it needed for?
    
3. We have a load of hardware for the new GANIL setup  (preamps,
    amps, ADC's crates etc.).   How are we going to put it all
    together and test it - where will this be done - by whome -
    when is it needed by?
    
4. There have been tentative plans for a further period of running
    at ANU in January.  However, we have just been informed the
    LINAC is not available then.  Need to re-think this.
