Power up

1)     Double click on common shortcut icon

 

This will start a Command tool window and typically the output will look like:

3)     Double click on MIDAS shortcut icon

 

 

The installation is configured to use the experiment localhost

 

From the MIDAS main menu select the LyrTech VHS-ADC item

 

Select the FPGA Programming button

 

Click on Program FPGA

Note: Do not move the mouse while the FPGAs are being programmed

 

From the MIDAS main menu select the Experiment Control item

 

Click on the Setup button

 

Select Setup Everything

 

When the Setup is finished (currently with 1 module and 1 active channel it does not take long!)

 

Ensure Enable Histogramming is selected and click on GO

 

From the MIDAS main menu select the Spectrum Viewer item

 

Select resource MemSas

 

Vhsadc#1.ch1       processed data trace
